Single Skin Evaporating Cooling Unit:
Evaporating Cooling Unit produces effective Cooling by combining the natural process of water evaporation with air. Bright Star Evaporating Cooling Unit uses the right combination of controlled air flow passage across adequately designed wet surface to provide optimum efficiency.

Single Skin - High grade galvanized steel frame / panel duly treated for outdoor duly extruded aluminum profile as option for framework.
Double Skin - Self supporting extruded aluminum profile with PUF injected panels 25 mm thick precoated outer sheet / G.I. Inner Sheet

Fan / Motor Deck
|
DIDW forward / Backward curve indigenous / imported dynamically and statically balanced fans and motor assembled on extruded aluminum profile and mounted on Vibration isolations.

Wet Deck
|
The wet deck contains specially treated flute media evaporation cooling pad capable of absorbing and retaining water to provide the maximum cooling efficiency. The cellulose media being treated with stiffening and wetting agents provides the cooling without any water carry over. The cross corrugated media maximum the mixing of air and water. The saturation efficiency ranging from 50 % to 98 % can be achieved depending upon air velocity and depth of the cooling pad.

Water Storage
|
Water Storage tank of Galvanized sheet - FRP lined (optional) / S.S - 304 / Aluminum provides connections for water make-up, overflow, drain & re-circulation with brass strainer.

Air Filter
|
Air Filter section designed and properly framed at minimum air velocity, containing washable air filters of expanded aluminum media.
